Who Was Keeshae Jacobs?
Keeshae Jacobs was 21 years old — a self-described homebody who loved spending time with her tight-knit family, and was known for being "a very sweet and loving person" who gave frequent hugs. Her mother, Toni Jacobs, called her "my little sidekick."

When & Where
On the night of September 26, 2016, Keeshae left her family's home in Richmond, Virginia to go out with a friend. She had argued with her boyfriend earlier that evening but had calmed down by the time she left, telling her mother she planned to be home the next morning to make her little brother pancakes.
Around 11 p.m., she texted her mother to say she had made it to her destination safely.
It was the last anyone in her family ever heard from her.
